We are looking for a Resourcing Business Partner to cover maternity leave in the team who will co-ordinate the administration of recruitment activity; from the initial authorisation to appoint, through to an applicant commencing in post.
This is a busy, fast paced environment and you will be required to support hiring managers and provide advice and guidance throughout the whole process.
We are ideally looking for somebody with experience of working in a recruitment environment.You will be required to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, using appropriate technology and use your own initiative to plan and prioritise your workload, whilst working to challenging deadlines.
You must be able to demonstrate good analytical and numerical skills, as well as the ability to solve problems and think creatively.
