    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our Water Division in Havant, Hampshire. The successful candidate will be working within a multi-disciplinary team delivering water projects in the Southern Water Region.

    The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will work closely with our Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager, gaining experience in performing a full Quantity Surveying function using various forms of contract, including NEC4 contracts.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to start their career, working on interesting projects within a welcoming and supportive work environment.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Perform early warnings and other commercial activities as required.

    Requirements:

    1. BEng/MEng in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
    2. Competent in Microsoft Office
    3. Experience of CAD packages beneficial
    4. Full UK Driving licence
    5. Right to Work in the UK without restrictions

    About Our Graduate Scheme:

    We offer a 24-month training and development program, where you will be assigned a mentor to carry out basic training associated with your role. You will achieve competency in a range of Quantity Surveying tasks and have the opportunity to work within our various divisions to gain a variety of contract experience.

    You will be offered membership of our Career Development Association, where you will receive mentored guidance and support to achieve accreditation and membership with the RICS.

    During this time, goals will be set to help you develop your skills and reach your potential, ultimately becoming a competent Quantity Surveyor and progressing towards chartership.
