Page Personnel are working in partnership with a fantastic and reputable not for profit organisation to recruit for the temporary position of HR Advisor on a rolling contract.

This is an exciting opportunity which has arisen for a dynamic and experienced HR professional with outstanding people skills to join the team as a HR Advisor.
Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor:
- Responsible for recruitment alongside advertisements and advising line managers.
- Advise and deal with all employee relation matters.
- Support and advise on absence management
- Attend meetings as required with line managers, support through grievance hearings, disciplinary hearings.
- Identify and hi light any HR process issues.
- Provide managers with support on employee concerns.
- Report back to management on HR performance
- Ensure HR policies are kept up to date and in line with legislation.
- Coach managers through grievances and any other issues.
Profile
- CIPD level 5 (or working towards)
- Previous experience of dealing with complex ER issues.
- Union experience is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience of working on own caseload.
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently.
- Good understanding of people management.
