Childhood First is a charity which enables children and young people to recover from severe abuse and relational trauma, to enjoy life and to achieve their potential.

We do this through the provision of specialist therapeutic residential care and treatment, together with family and network support.


Gables is a specialist residential children's home providing a programme of care, treatment and education for children aged between 11-16 years.


We are now looking for an organised and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Team Leader at Gables House in Kent.


The Team Leader provides support to the Registered Manager in ensuring that a therapeutic environment is developed and maintained within the home, by striving for continuous improvement and improved outcomes for each child and young person.

  • You are keen to embrace our fully funded clinical training up to practitioner's diploma or master's level.
  • You can work within the relevant legislation and hold good record keeping skills.

£36,152.00-£37,186.00 per year
