Exceptional Customer Support:

Deliver a first-class end-user experience for our customers.

Technical Support Collaboration:

Work closely with our Technical Support Team to assist in diagnosing and resolving reported issues and responding to network monitoring alerts.

Complaint Management:

Handle customer complaints in line with the company's Code of Practice, aiming for a first-time resolution approach.

Billing Enquiries:

Manage customer billing inquiries, always operating within agreed Levels of Authority.

Number Porting:

Raise support tickets and issue porting requests to customers in line with their activation dates, tracking number porting and addressing any port failures through customer and porting company communication.

Account Management:

Deactivate numbers for cancellations/porting via our portal, process renewals, and add new products and services to customer accounts.

Equipment Configuration:

Assist with the management and configuration of customer equipment and services, as well as the configuration of services and protocols.


Your skills and experience

  • Ideally previous experience in Telecoms.
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1year experience in a customer service or call centre role.
  • IT literate.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Please note this role is on a shift basis and will include evening and weekend work._
