Digital Marketing Executive - Perm, Full time
£28-£30k (DOE)
Duties:
- Copy writing, proof reading, organising print runs, liaising with external creative agencies and inhouse design work
- Assist in the inhouse production and maintenance of our Marketing collateral
- To produce statistical data on students and agents of the company for monthly Marketing meetings and on other occasions as required
- To develop and produce a variety of content
- To help manage and coordinate various Familiarization Trips, both online and inperson
- To provide essential Administrative support for the Sales Team when required and help manage brochure/publicity material stocks and postings to agents
- To undertake Quality Management Project research every quarter and send results to various members of the management team
- To work with colleagues & our Marketing agency to ensure that the website is kept up to date & relevant
- Liaise with our developers to coordinate complex changes required on the website, whilst carrying out simple website amends using our CMS
- Analyse and report on our website's performance, with high consideration for the user experience, and to suggest and test improvements accordingly
- Work with our Marketing agency to plan & analyse our SEO & PPC work
- Work with our team to create a comprehensive and strategic annual Marketing plan, as well as more periodic content & social media calendars
- To be involved in planning, executing and reporting on a variety of different digital marketing campaigns
- To produce a variety of impactful content for our Social Media channels, including producing and editing video content. Primary responsibility for answering enquiries & reviews received over our Social Media channels will also be given
- You will be required to effectively analyse, report and iterate on our Social Media performance
- To assist in the production planning and management of photo shoots as and when required for promotional materials
- To assist in the planning, production and distribution of special offers
- To undertake the annual fees survey
- To create surveys & analyse results when required
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- At least 2 years of Digital Marketing experience
- Digital Marketing campaign management
- Basic HTML skills
- Experience developing content (including creating & editing videos) for Marketing campaigns
- A good understanding of the basics of SEO & PPC management
- Social media management experience & knowledge of current trends
- Experience of website management & utilising CMS systems
- Experience of using website analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High standard of numeracy and literacy
- Ability to analyse and clearly present statistical material
- Creative with excellent problemsolving abilities
- Excellent organisation skills with a proven ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hardworking, with an ability to meet strict deadlines
- Good Excel skills
- Experience using HubSpot (Desirable)
- Foreign languages (Desirable)
- Knowledge of foreign cultures (Desirable)
