Personal Advisor (Younger Adults)

6+ month ongoing contract (Temporary)

JOB PURPOSE
To work as a member of a team providing a high standard of service to the public.

To assist in advice for younger adults who are leaving care.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide advice, support and help and as required, undertake direct work with young people who are in care (aged and young adults who have left the Council's care, as well as parents and carers, within a multiagency framework and to contribute to improving their outcomes.
  • To support young people and young adults to reach their full potential.
  • The postholder may work with a range of young people in care or having left care and their networks around them.
