The Job You'll Do;

  • Providing timely and accurate feedback on drawings to the Engineering function.
  • Creating efficient offline programs for the CNC and CMM machinery.
  • Performing visual and dimensional inspection of components at goods in and finished goods.
  • Recording and escalating nonconformances where issues are identified.
  • Operating our calibration system for all measurement and monitoring devices.
  • Supporting with measurement system analysis and gauge R&R
  • Supporting with Capability Studies.

About You;

  • Experience operating a CMM machine is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience within a Quality role or similar position.
  • Competent with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). (Desirable).
  • Can read/interpret and understand 2D Drawings and 3D Models.
  • Experience with offline programming. (Desirable).
