• Ensure all installation work is carried out to a high standard and meets all up to date regulations.
• Managing own time effectively and efficiently so as to allow works to progress quickly.
• Take part and implement installation strategies to ensure the best experience for both the installer and customer.
• Ensure all testing and inspections are carried out correctly and all certification is filled out and submitted correctly.
• Communication
• Oversee the growth in the electrical division of the business.
• Must be Competent in all aspects of electrical disciplines
• Is honest, trustworthy and reliable
• Has a high standard of work, completing all installations to the best possible standard
• Is self motivated and able to self manage jobs with little supervision.
• Has the ability to problem solve and make correct informed decisions
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Is able to communicate well with fellow staff members and customers and keep all jobs updated.

• Level 3 NVQ in electrotechnology or equivalent
• Holds an 18 th edition IEE qualification
• 2391/2394/2395 initial and periodic inspection and testing qualification
• A good understanding of electrical certification

• ECS gold card (preferred)
• Electric Vehicle Charger qualification (preferred)
• Solar PV qualification (preferred)

• Electrical experience: 5 years (preferred)
