We are currently expanding our team and looking for aBusiness Administrator to come and work with us.
No previous recruitment experience is essential, but ideally you will have worked in a busy customer service environment, using technology as part of your role, having to pay attention to detail, and dealing with the occasional complaint.
What is essential is that you are:
- Confident, with clear communication skills over the phone
- Able to deal with high volume of incoming calls during peak periods
- Able to deal with difficult conversations and manage complaints professionally
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all of your work
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
