We are currently expanding our team and looking for a
Business Administrator to come and work with us.


No previous recruitment experience is essential, but ideally you will have worked in a busy customer service environment, using technology as part of your role, having to pay attention to detail, and dealing with the occasional complaint.


What is essential is that you are:

  • Confident, with clear communication skills over the phone
  • Able to deal with high volume of incoming calls during peak periods
  • Able to deal with difficult conversations and manage complaints professionally
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all of your work
Salary dependent on experience.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
