The Food Warehouse is Iceland's new concept store.

We are looking for vibrant and talented Team Leaders to join us as we continue to grow this hugely successful new venture.

We believe that this success will come through our people and where best to start but right at the heart of the operation as a Team Leader.

As a Team Leader, you will be instrumental in rolling up your sleeves and supporting the leadership of your team in order to keep the store operation running productively and providing our customers with the very best service.

You will enjoy working on a variety of tasks, often having to use your own initiative.

Our stores are open 7 days per week, which means we offer a variety of shift patterns but require a high degree of flexibility.

As a Team Leader, you will have strong people skills and retail experience with an ambition to develop and progress in your career.

We offer an exceptional rate of pay to all employees, as well as many other benefits. You will receive an extra £2 per hour when fulfilling Team Leader shifts.

We will train you in all aspects of the store operation ensuring that you reach excellence in your role or even maximise your potential to be a manager of the future.
