We are currently recruiting for a Document Controller / Administrator for Martins Bank project on a Fixed Term Contract, based Liverpool.
- Maintain office filing and database systems.
- Perform dataentry tasks or complete routine online processes, contributing to the preparation, compilation and distribution of reports, presentations and/or publications as directed.
- Perform general reception duties such as answering, screening and forwarding calls also greeting and directing clients and visitors.
- Maintain and order office supplies as required
- Coordinate the provision of services for formal meeting rooms, including maintaining schedules and setting up rooms for events.
- Kahua
- Ensuring all documents are uploaded to Kahua correctly and following the Kahua Protocol
What you will have:
- Comprehensive experience in an administration role, and/or knowledge of company policies, practices, and personnel in order to effectively carry out responsibilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating, word processing programs, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills, planning and organising skills with the ability to multitask.
- Competencies include: Planning and Organising, Technology and Process, Verbal Communication, Written Communication.
- Previous experience within a document controller within a construction / engineering environment would be essential.
- Training will be provided on our EDM system
