******We are seeking an experienced ITIL Process Coordinator to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing ITIL processes to ensure that our IT services meet business needs and are delivered efficiently.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement and maintain ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
  • Coordinate and manage the resolution of IT incidents and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that changes to IT services are planned, implemented, and evaluated in accordance with ITIL best practices.
  • Monitor and report on IT service performance, including availability and capacity.
  • Develop and maintain IT service catalogues, including definitions of IT services, roles and responsibilities, and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure that ITIL processes are integrated into all aspects of IT service delivery.
  • Support the ITIL awareness training of technical teams and business functions
  • Support the oncall rota to support out of hours incident management requirements
    Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in ITIL support coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
