Role Purpose
The role will be responsible for uploading new case instructions on to our internal case management system and sending client requests to the DVLA for vehicle Keeper Detail data.
Scope of Role
The role carries the responsibility of uploading new unpaid private parking charges onto our internal case management system.
Responsibilities
- Downloading new instructions from clients off our extensive SFTP
- Creating new records in our customer database
- Sending requests from clients to the DVLA via SFTP and then sending the returned files back to clients.
- Ensuring reasonable cause evidence for DVLA vehicle keeper requests.
- Working collaboratively with and supporting other stakeholders within the business.
- Knowledge of the importance of Data Protection
- Retrieving data as requested for reporting requirements
Able to prioritise tasks, work on own initiative and manage a busy workload. Will be well organized, able to demonstrate a professional and diplomatic approach and understand the importance of confidentiality.
Skills needed:
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Problem solving and identifying solutions to issues.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Approachable team player with good communication skills.
Other information
- Competitive Basic Salary of £22,000 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 6 month fixed term contract position, based in our Manchester Office

The successful applicant would be required to undertake a DBS and CCJ check before an offer of employment is made.
