About The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Improvement and Insights Partner to join our team in order to service the data and insight demands of our unique business areas to help with business improvement and the pursuit of operational excellence.


Key responsibilities:


  • Informing leaders in your area through insight and aid agile decision making
  • Improving operational efficiency
  • Helping the business measure, achieve and exceed desired outcomes
  • Identifying data gaps, data quality challenges and opportunities to exploit data
  • Adding value by exploring the meaning hidden within data
  • Spreading a culture of insightled decision making
  • This role offers hybrid working based from any of our three office hubs (Hemel Hempstead, Manchester or Leeds).

We would love to meet someone with:

  • Strong understanding of the recruitment business and in particular the NHS.
  • Basic Understanding of data analysis (SQL etc) & business intelligence approaches (Power BI and advanced Excel), training will be provided to enhance these skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security best practices and regulations, such as GDPR, is a plus.
