Customer Operations Advisor Temporary - London, United Kingdom - Morgan McKinley

Working within the Operations Team the main focus on the role is to:
- Be a point of contact for in-bound customer enquiries via multiple channels
- Deal effectively and accurately with customer requests, providing advice, support and guidance
- Handle information in a confidential, discreet and secure manner
- Undertake day to day operational functions relating to the Customer Operations Team policies and procedures and within agreed Service Level Targets
- Successfully meet required objectives and KPIs on an ongoing basis and within agreed Service Level Targets
Day to day duties will include:
- To communicate effectively with existing or lapsed customers to encourage renewal and communicate the insight and any emerging trends gathered to help inform future business decisions and communications.
- Identify areas of work that can be streamlined and developed.
- Develop knowledge of all the Customer Operation Team activities so that support can be provided across a range of activities.
- Contribute to the provision of an excellent service to internal and external customers by ensuring the prompt, efficient and accurate handling of all enquiries.
This is based in Canary Wharf / Docklands on a hybrid basis, and is a Temporary Role starting ASAP until March 2023.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent customer service experience
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to use own initiative and work as a team
