About Our Client:

Are a Main Contractor who have different divisions within the business. They deliver a variety of projects from new build schools, to social housing refurbishments, from £20,000 to £20m.

This is a company that puts a vast amount of focus on bringing trainees into the industry and alongside this, they promote from within at all levels.

The Role:

Established Estimators are required to join the current Estimating team. You could be either Estimator level or Senior Estimator and be looking for a new challenge.

The company currently use external resource when workload gets heavy but are looking to employ directly and keep all in-house.

All typical duties of an Estimator will be required and experience in similar fields for a Main Contractor.

The Applicant:

Experience working as an Estimator/Senior Estimator for a Main Contractor on Projects up to at least £12m

It is desirable to have:

Worked on build, residential and social housing refurbishments.
