Are you looking to be part of an established procurement team with opportunity to progress and develop?

A household name in the manufacturing industry is looking to bring in an Indirect Buyer to take lead on various indirect categories


You'll be part of a team accountable for all non-production spend in the business, with responsibility for managing supplier relationships and developing category strategy.


It's a strategic role, and you'll be helping the business to deliver against key metrics including cost reduction, value creation, supplier performance, and internal service levels.


You'll be handling multiple procurement projects across different categories at any given time, so you won't be bored; ideally you'll have experience of managing procurement projects.


Ideally, you'll have a background in indirect procurement, however experience in high value / low volume direct procurement across manufacturing / engineering would work.

This is a permanent role based in Rocester, Staffordshire. 5 days in the office. Salary c.45k.

You'll be joining a global procurement team with great long-term prospects.
