Due to growth, Reality Solutions are looking to add a result focussed Business Development Manager.

• Working with Head of Sales and Marketing to develop a clear sales strategy for the Software division.
• Responsible for identifying and engaging with new customers for Reality Solutions Limited.
• Driving outbound activity to increase revenue and sales.
• Converting opportunities brought into the business by Directors and Head of Sales and Marketing.
• Qualifying the viability of inbound opportunities and acting accordingly.
• Constructing quotes/proposals for clients.
• Meeting agreed quarterly revenue targets.
• Acting in accordance with agreed monthly KPI's.
• Working with the software team to ensure client requests are reasonable and achievable.
• Responsible for positively representing Reality Solutions and events.
• Additional ad hoc duties as required.

You will drive sales and revenue for the software division of Reality Solutions. Being independent and having the ability to communicate and board level is an advantage.

You must have a proven track record of Sales success.

The role is equally suited to a Business Development Executive wanting to make a step up in their career or and existing Business Development Manager who is looking to build on current successes in asupportive environment.

Salary, dependent on experience, of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE) Plus a monthly incentive structure, quarterly commission and car allowance.
