We are looking for a Multiply/Essential Skills Tutor to join our Learning for Work Team.

The role involves the delivery and assessment of Essential Skill numeracy qualifications (Entry levels, plus levels - 3), as well as non-accredited maths related courses.

Learners will range from Entry level 1 to L3.

You will work collaboratively across departments to communicate learner progress and ensure timely completion of Essential Skills Qualifications and non-accredited literacy and numeracy qualifications.

The role is based at our Ocean Park House head office and you will be required to deliver sessions at community based and employer locations across South Wales.

You may also be required to deliver blended learning from home with virtual Multiply/Essential Skills delivery as well as delivery at ACT centres.

This role fits within the Learning for Work Team reporting to the Learning for Work Manager.

ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 20 months

From £25,000.00 per year
