Are you an experienced HGV Mechanic in the Bradford area? Are you looking for a new challenge? If so this could be the opportunity for you Our client is an established Auto repair shop specialising inHGV and LGV, they are now looking for an HGV Mechanicto join their busy team, where no two days are the same.


Responsibilities

  • Inspections of vehicles
  • Carry out all maintenance tasks
  • Service and repair HG/LG vehicles
  • Prepare for annual MOT and ADR testing
  • Diagnose faults and make necessary repairs in a timely manner
  • Attend breakdowns as required
  • Carry out safety inspections to VOSA standard

Requirements:


  • NVQ L3 or City and Guilds Equivalent
  • Full Clean UK Driving License
  • Class 1 or Class 2 License
  • Have prior experience working on a variety of HGV and LGV?s.
  • Prior industry experience
  • Confident to be able to travel to breakdowns
  • Friendly manner at all times
  • Able to work alone and in a team on larger projects
  • Excellent customer service
Their opening hours are between 6am and 6pm Monday to Friday, and 6am while 12pm on Saturdays.

The salary is between £30,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience
