Telemarketer - Rotherham (S66)

£24,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Hybrid working available after probation (2 days per week at home)
Our Rotherham based client is currently looking for a confident Lead Generator to join their marketing team.

You will be responsible for ringing prospect companies to identify if there is a need in the business for the clients' engineering software and passing these qualified leads to the Sales team to complete.

Full product training will be provided.

A Telemarketer will be required to:

Help marketing team building a pipleline oof leafs
Passing any qualified leads to the sales team
Inbound and outbound call handling
Develop and present new ideas on how to generate leads
Gain valuable insight into the customer behaviour, preferences and needs and share with the business
Maintaining lead database and transfer of data into SAP CRM system

What we will need from a Telemarketer?

Previous phone based customer service is essential
Good understanding of IT and Microsoft packages
Excellent level of bot verbal and written communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
