We are a Birmingham based professional accounting and consulting firm serving a range of small to medium enterprises (SMEs) across the country.

Currently we have an opportunity for an experienced Management Consultant to join our thriving practice.


General Duties:

Working with clients ranging from SMEs to large enterprises, assisting them with the following:

• Liaising with and advising senior management.
• Determining clients' business requirements, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
• Assessing clients' business practices and procedures.
• Compiling and presenting research findings and recommendations.
• Formulating detailed plans to drive changes and improvements to systems and workflows.
• Providing guidance to management when challenges arise.
• Tracking and assessing the effectiveness of projects, including the viability of new projects.
• Giving continued and ongoing support to clients.
• Strong research and data collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Experienced in the use of models to test business solutions.
• Effective at communicating ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and selfmotivated.
• High level of personal and professional integrity.
• Experience advising SMEs and keen commercial awareness.

GBP 33, ,000** Annual based on level of qualifications and experience.
