M&E Site Supervisor

Location:
Leeds

Salary:
In accordance with BESA rates

Start Date:

Focused Construction are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with an M&E background to work on a permanent basis for one of our leading clients This is a great opportunity to be involved in large scale projects in Leeds and across the UK

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating site installers
  • Tracking progress against the site programme
  • Ordering/calling off site materials to ensure efficient progress of works
  • QA duties such as photos for handovers and signoffs
  • Booking deliveries and completing daily diaries
These duties will be carried out within a 2 man site management team.

The working hours for this role are 07:30 - 18:00 (Mon-Thurs) and 07:30 - 13:00 (Fri).

Requirements:
SMSTS/SSSTS + CSCS card (+ IOSH/1st aid are desirable)
