Looking to start a career in Estate Agency? We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join or award winning, family owned Estate Agency.
Full training will be provided so we just ask that you are hard working with a willingness to learn and we will help you to have a long and successful career.
Your day to day:
- Speak to clients both over the telephone and in person
- Chasing leads and keeping in contact with applicants/clients
- Book in & conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers & agree sales
- Carry out basic administration
Skills & experience
- Sales experience preferred but not essential
- Able to demonstrate good customer service skills
- Work as part of a team
- Positive, organised and reliable
5 days a week including Saturdays.
Salary:
£16,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chelmsford, CM1 1NY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
