Graduate Trainee Sales Executive - Up to £28,000 Basic Salary + Company Car + Uncapped Commission + Additional Benefits

A rare graduate trainee sales opportunity, no sales previous experience is required Within the position you will be managing a range of inbound and self-prospected leads, then attending a mix of face to face and virtual follow up meetings to convert thesale.
All the training and knowledge you will need to be successful within the role will be provided by inhouse trainers and senior colleagues, who you be shadowing and learning from, getting hands on experience from day 1 Once you're up to speed and fully trained,the role will become flexible, offering hybrid working, with the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week.
Within the position you should expect to be out meeting with customers 50% of the time, around the MK, NN, OX postcodes, with the remainder of time based out of their Milton Keynes office.

- A Full Drivers Licence
- No previous sales experience is required, but you must have a hunger/determination to get into sales
- Money motivated, an uncapped commission structure will allow fantastic additional financial take homes.
- Confident communicator, with the ability to adapt your style depending on who you are meeting with.
- A desire for personal and professional progression, having a drive to work your way through a growing business.
