Account Director - FinTech PR Agency - London - £55K-£65K

Independent fast growing FinTech PR Agency are looking for an Account Director to join their growing team who can inspire, nurture, and lead a successful account team.

We are looking for smart, engaged people who enjoy working with their colleagues to generate great results for their clients with intelligent, well-written and argued content across both traditional and digital communication channels.

Someone who can takeresponsibility for setting strategy and managing the growth of their accounts.

You will also be a person who values your work-life balance and looks forward to working with a team of like-minded individuals, who respect each other and value each other's contributions.

Experience with fintech clients, or related financial or technology clients
Able to give strong direction and nurture and inspire team members
An excellent writer with a keen eye for detail to ensure your team's work is delivered to the highest standards.
Proven new business skills; identifying leads, reaching out to new clients, and pitching confidently
Crisis communications experience
An exceptional client handler, well used to managing a portfolio of accounts and able to influence and advise clients with excellent PR skills.
Commercially aware and able to manage the financials of your accounts
Exceptional writing skills and ability to proof own work
Strong existing relationships across your sector, and an ability to build effective relationships

Salary:
£55K-£65K
