Description

You will be required to carry out the full range of general repair & maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties as a member of our Responsive Repairs/voids team whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.


Within this role you'll work 40 hours per week and will also join the out of hours service team on a rota basis with a standby/call out payment.


Reporting to the Responsive Repairs team supported by a Senior Repairs Supervisor and Repairs Supervisor, you will need to be a proven, confident and enthusiastic multi-skilled tradesperson with preferable knowledge from within a Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance background whilst having the aptitude to display excellent communication and negotiation skills coupled with a talent for delivering excellent customer service.


GCH is an independent housing association providing excellent housing management services to over 5,200 tenants and 260 leaseholders in Gloucester.
