Description

The facilities staff are responsible for ensuring that the school's buildings and grounds are maintained to the highest possible standards and that the day-to-day operation of our busy HE/FE dance School and theatre is supported by an efficient and enthusiastic facilities team.

The role includes responsibility for the maintenance, safety, security and cleanliness of the site; and ensuring the satisfactory and cost-effective operation of all site services and the availability of our facilities as required by our staff and students.

The school is usually open extended hours and 7 days a week during academic term time and on a more limited basis through the rest of the year, with the facilities team working a shift pattern to cover and support our operation.

A rota system is in place for out of hours alarm call outs.
