Description

Lettings Negotiator required to join our well-established Independent Lettings Department based in Henleaze, Bristol.

You must have at least 1 years experience in property lettings to join our experienced team.

This is a full-time position: Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm (No Saturday working).
You will be working with a team and the key responsibilities of the role will include:

Negotiating with Landlord & Tenants
Completing pretenancy paperwork
Maintenance enquiries and dealing with contractors
Property checkins & inspections
Viewings

This role offers training to progress your role to include property inspections and valuations.

Must have full UK driving licence and car.
