The Role

Almac Craigavon are recruiting for new Quality Control Inspectors working as part of a team inspecting and releasing incoming goods in accordance with relevant SOPs, agreed specifications and timelines.

No prior Quality or industry experience is needed as full on the job training will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

Working as part of the Quality Control team within our Clinical Services Business Unit, the Quality Control Inspector will be expected to inspect goods as they arrive into the warehouse, inspect product packaged within our production facility or sample, inspect and release labels and shipments in accordance with relevant SOPs, agreed specifications and timelines.

No prior quality or industry experience is needed as full on the job training will be provided.

Working Pattern
Current and future roles available on the following shifts:

Day Shift: Monday
Friday 07:30
15:30

Evening Shift: Monday

Friday 15:30 23:30
Night Shift: Sunday
Friday 23:30 07:30

Essential Criteria

Have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK
GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language at Grade C or above
A minimum of 2 A Levels (or equivalent)

Desirable Criteria
- (The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)_

Diploma level qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience in the manufacturing or food industry
Previous experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry, GMP manufacturing, packaging, or Quality Assurance/Control
