I am recruiting for a unique remote permanent HR Systems Manager position with a national business.


Overall Purpose of the Role:


The Systems Manager is responsible for delivering and maintaining a highly professional and efficient integrated HR, payroll and workforce management system using the Access People XD system with immediate focus on, managing and leading all aspects of systemdesign and launch to the organisation.

Responsible for all upgrades and implementation of new features as well as streamlining current business processes and delivering HR insights.

This role will play a key part in planning and rolling out training on newprocesses with the support from the HR Team.


Principle Responsibilities will Include:


  • Ensuring that all key modules in the HR system are functional, support business growth and allow internal stakeholders to manage their roles efficiently
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Mapping out processes and workflows for the People XD
  • Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure the system is fit for purpose.
  • Leading on any future roll out and implementation of any further People XD modules
  • Continue to monitor success of People XD modules delivered to the organisation, including Pay, HR, Recruitment, Performance and eventually WFM and rostering modules.
  • Work with the wider HR team to understand any efficiencies within the team processes that can be achieved through system functionality.

Person Specification

Essential:


  • Graduate or equivalent, ideally with an HND or higher qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience with proven end to end implementation of a HRIS system ideally with implementation experience of a Roster module in a fast-paced organisation.
  • Experience of accurately analysing data and providing management information to all areas of the organisation.
  • Significant experience with proven delivery of complex projects of similar requirements.
  • Highly skilled in use of translating business processes into workflow within systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, persuade and influence at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to successfully work with a high level of initiative and confident decision making.
  • Demonstrable creative problem-solving skills.
  • Good coaching skills and an approach that builds capacity rather than dependency relating to line management responsibility.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
