As a result of growth, we now seek a Company Administrator to aid in day to day running of the business and assist the Directors with their administrative requirements.

The Company Directors Mazin and Nabil Naamo require a company Administrator who will ensure that they can focus on business development by proactively and efficiently dealing with their daily administrative tasks, this includes carrying out work for the sales team and for the workshop manager.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Efficient and proactive, organisational, and logístical service, helping to manage and prioritise tasks set by the Directors and Senior Management.
  • Ensure busy Workshop schedule runs smoothly
  • Ensure travel packs and documents are provided in good time prior to a dealer meeting
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others
  • Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the Directors by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
  • Liaise with relevant individuals, external organisations (companies) etc to arrange meetings, order parts, prepare agendas and draft minutes
  • Undertake any other duties as requested
  • Demonstrable experience in an administration role in a highly pressurized environment requiring tact, judgment and discretion
  • Attention to detail
  • Extremely organised
  • Ability to shorthand notes
  • Can forward think and a problem solver.
  • Ideally has an interest in cars.
  • Ideally has had experience in the automotive sector.
  • An ability to communicate at all levels in a pleasant and efficient manner and with diplomacy

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

  • 10 hour shift
