About Our Client:
My client is a growing company with a great opportunity for someone.
As the HR Recruitment and Onboarding Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Advertising roles as instructed by internal line managers
- Carrying our telephone and MS Teams interviews
- Delivering offers
- Sending out employment contracts and offer letters
- Managing onboarding paperwork
- Carrying out all necessary preemployment checks
The Successful Applicant:
In order to be considered for the role you must:
- Have great communication skills as you will be on the phone liaising with people
- Be well organised with strong administration skills as you will be updating various systems and documents
- Have an interest in recruitment procedures
- Ideally be available to start quickly
