About Our Client:

My client is a growing company with a great opportunity for someone.

As the HR Recruitment and Onboarding Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Advertising roles as instructed by internal line managers
  • Carrying our telephone and MS Teams interviews
  • Delivering offers
  • Sending out employment contracts and offer letters
  • Managing onboarding paperwork
  • Carrying out all necessary preemployment checks

The Successful Applicant:

In order to be considered for the role you must:

  • Have great communication skills as you will be on the phone liaising with people
  • Be well organised with strong administration skills as you will be updating various systems and documents
  • Have an interest in recruitment procedures
  • Ideally be available to start quickly
