Customer Account Handler

Pyramid Press, a leading print company with sites across the East Midlands, specialising in B1 and B2 litho printing, digital print, and comprehensive finishing services.

We are currently seeking an experienced account handler to join our dynamic team at our Nottingham site.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing customer expectations throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.

This will involve effective communication and collaboration with our in-house production team and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and meet customer deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are understood and met efficiently.
Manage and maintain customer relationships, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to customer specifications.
Collaborate with external suppliers to source materials and services, ensuring quality standards are met.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to customers, proactively addressing any potential issues.
Strive to deliver exceptional customer service by understanding their unique needs and offering suitable solutions.
Work as a team player, actively contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in the print industry is essential.
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Familiarity with a Management Information System (MIS) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Salary would be dependent on experience.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
