We specialize in interior solutions for the commercial workplace and residential developments across London and the South East and are able to undertake projects ranging from £25,000 to £2.5 million.

We require an experienced workshop foreman, knowledgeable and preferably from a bespoke joinery background who can manufacture joinery and lead a team to ensure high quality and successful completion of projects

You will play a key role in contributing towards the overall performance of the business, through looking for opportunities to further improve productivity within the workshop by efficiently managing the resources available in a cost - effective manner whilst achieving company objectives.

The role will report to general manager, performing all duties as outlined below:
Manufacture of joinery items.

Carry out quality checks of the craftwork.

Assist with training an d development of joiners.

Provide technical advice where necessary.

Analysing work orders and plans to determine the most appropriate fabricating techniques.

Ensure workshop is clean and tidy and safe.

Must have a strong work ethic.

Salary depending on experience.

Full time permanent position.

Weekend working when required

Salary up to
65k per year
