We have an exciting opportunity to join Certas Energy as a Customer Retention Executive working as part of our Fuel Cards Team at our Trafford Park Office. **This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday

As part of the Customer Retention team, you will work in a fast paced environment to maximise the volume and margin generating from our commercial customer base, as well as offering excellent customer service to our fuel card customer base.

You will need to use a combination of account management skills, upselling and cross selling to drive sales, while meeting customer needs in a processional and effective manner to promote customer retention.

We're looking for:

Previous experience in a retentions, sales or customer service role
A self starter
Strong negotiation skills
Confidence in own ability
Time management
Resilient, persistent and tenacious
Target driven / results orientated
