Description

Be a part of our Partnerships team who help facilitate our direct strategy through creating and nurturing key relationships with partners, which enable TalkTalk to deliver innovative propositions for our customers and strong commercial benefit for our business.


As a Senior Partnerships Executive you'll be helping to manage our existing relationships with partners as well as supporting the team in developing new agreements with external businesses.

You'll work with a complex set of stakeholders, from Marketing to IT, and will need to have great presentation and influencing skills in order to communicate our partnerships strategy both internally and externally.

Responsibilities will include building and delivering presentations to stakeholders, supporting the team in partner discussions, and collating input from across the business to support our strategy.


As well as being a key support to the rest of the Partnerships team, you'll also have projects to own and an open remit to demonstrate and expand your professional skillset over time.


Responsibilities:


  • Working within the Commercial Partnerships team, the position will support the execution of the Android OTT and hardware strategies in commercial negotiations and assist in defining the approach to managing partners
  • Account management responsibility for partner accounts: being the point of contact, for any queries, questions, related to the relationship, E.g., change of partner brand logo, account management responsibility to drive through all touchpoints within the business.
  • To work closely with the Product and Propositions teams to align plans, in creating compelling TV products and propositions
  • Working closing with internal stakeholders including Trading, Online, Customer, Brand and Marketing teams on full lifecycle management ensuring partnership obligations are met and that partnership relationships thrive at all levels of the business.
  • Creates effective PowerPoint decks, capturing key data for effective partnerships relations, such as, trading performance, marketing plans roadmap, technical delivery roadmaps and online customer journeys
  • Regularly review the content landscape and identify new opportunities for the Partnerships team to explore
  • Procurement/Financial administration including raising purchase orders and managing through any changes to partner accounts in line with TalkTalk policies. E.g., when a partner changes bank details.
What we're looking for- An excellent relationship builder, both with internal and external stakeholders- An excellent communicator and storyteller, with the ability to build rapport and influence to develop effective working relationships- Experience of building and delivering quality presentations to a range of internal and external stakeholders- An ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment, in an ever-changing industry,- Capable of working independently to make things happen, creating new initiatives- Experience in partnerships ideal but not essential
