Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team within an nhs setting.

The Maintenance Associate will be responsible for maintaining and performing various maintenance tasks, and ensuring the overall functionality of the facilities.

This is a hands-on role that requires to work independently.


Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: painting and decoration, groundworks, patch plastering, joinery( basic0 ,basic plumbing
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient maintenance operations
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance activities

Requirements:

• UK driving license
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Salary:
£25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
