Description

My Chelmsford based client is currently seeking an experienced Waste Strategy Development Manager to lead reorganisation and design of the Waste Service to embed the new in house service with existing teams.

Main Duties include:

Develop business cases and implement service improvement to ensure the company fulfils its legislative requirements
Support change and provide strategic guidance for future service delivery options, leading on projects to deliver quality outputs which address the full range of requirements
Ensuring financial resilience and full accountability for the service spend and management of cross organisation dependencies

Required Experience:

Educated to degree level OR similar vocational level qualifications OR equivalent by experience
Evidence of continuing professional development and knowledge in relevant professional areas with Membership of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management OR the Association of change Management professionals
Experience in managing and leading change in a large organisation
Significant experience of managing waste related projects
