This is a wonderful role for a
Sales Negotiator with previous experience is residential sales negotiation coupled with excellent communication skills and a personable nature.


The role involves being at the forefront of the company, dealing with a wide variety of people on a daily basis and as such you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service.


This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build a career in the property industry.


The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

  • Previous experience as Sales Negotiator
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented, ambitious and selfmotivated
  • Knowledge of the Brighton and Hove area helpful
  • Full Driving License essential and own car essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
