Superb opportunity to join this fantastic AV production agency in the West Midlands as Operations Team Lead in their busy warehouse.

The company

This leading events and production agency has it all under one roof and provides technical, live events, production and event logistics services to a range of high profile clients across the UK.

From live and virtual conferences, to awards ceremonies and incentives they provide a complete service to their clients and are now expanding their friendly team with the hire of an Operations Team Lead in their Birmingham warehouse.

The role

The Team Leader role will work closely with the Operations Manager and be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of a busy Audio Visual warehouse.

This will include planning work schedules, the preparation of equipment prior to a hire or an event, and the testing of equipment on return.

Team motivation and ensuring that processes are within ISO guidelines is key as is keeping a neat and orderly warehouse.
