£10.50 per hour
Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Operations Officer based in Keynsham. This will initially be a six month contract with scope for extension.
The client is offering a hybrid method of working, with an expectation of two days in office and three remotely.
Responsibilities include:
- To provide an efficient and responsive HR Operations service, acting as first point of contact for all HR Operations queries, providing advice and guidance to managers and staff across the client
- Act as first point of contact for all HR Operations queries, providing customer friendly advice and guidance to managers and staff across the client
- Log incoming enquiries, categorising them accurately to provide performance data.
- Maintain accurate HR & Payroll data through timely recording and upkeep of information on both the HR Information system and manual files
- Raise purchase orders and invoices on behalf of the HR team; process payments and maintain records of expenditure against budget.
- Ad hoc HR responsibilities as directed from management and operations
Skills, Experience and Qualifications required:
- Level 3 CIPD and above
- Experience of providing administrative and technical support for a range of HR Operations functions including employee life cycle, recruitment, HR system maintenance and development, financial controls.
- Previous experience in a HR role for a period of a year or more
