Looking to develop a career in Sales Administration? Like the idea of managing your own workload?

OA are recruiting for an
Administratorto join a small but growing team based in Letchworth Garden City.


Job Details:

- £20,000 per year

  • 8.30am 5pm, 1 hour lunch
  • Office based
  • Full training provided

Main Duties:


  • Supporting Sales Managers with Administrative Tasks
  • Order Processing, quotations and invoices (SAP system)
  • Inputting new product details
  • Communicating internally and externally, including Production Team, Deliveries, Suppliers
  • Proactively updating customers if anything has impacted their order
  • Providing great customer service on incoming calls, handling complaints as required

What we need from you?

  • Good eye for detail
  • Able to manage own workload (after training of course)
  • Good IT skills ability to learn new systems
  • Any Administration experience or use of SAP is a huge advantage
