Key Aims and Objectives
Perform project specific quality management and assurance activities as detailed in the Project Quality Plan and as directed and instructed by the Project Manager / HSSEA Manager.
Promotes a positive Quality Culture through the working environment
Pro - actively supports the project to achieve compliance to regulatory and client requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Risk - based auditing of applied business processes
Manage non - conformances (NCR's) and ensure timely close out
Pro - actively identify and manage potential non - conformances
Drive the deployment and maintenance of Wood's integrated management system
Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans
Develop and maintain bespoke contract - level Inspection and Test Plans
Verification of inspection and test records (ITR's)
Verification of site operations in accordance with agreed surveillance plans
Verification of equipment (calibration)
Produce contract - level monthly reports / quality statistics
Ensure inspection and test records (including sub - contractors) are compiled in accordance with the site document filing system(s)
Review / approve sub - contractor deliverables in accordance with project requirements
Attend project meetings as required
Supervise / coordinate any inspectors and auditors
Ensure final documentation compliance (MRB's, O&M's, H&S Files)
Efficient management of actions resulting from external audits
Facilitate business improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
Educated to HNC Level
IRCA Approved Internal Auditor
Good computing skills
Good working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems).
Maintain high standards of work within the Quality department
Adhere to and positively promote quality standards within PS(UK).
Desirable
Working knowledge of ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 Standards
Experience working in a construction / civil environment
Educated to Diploma / Degree level
IOSH Managing Safely
