Job Summary:

As a full-time career coach, you will play a crucial role in teaching job training courses in the UK.

Your comprehensive understanding of the UK job market and recruitment processes will enable you to guide students effectively, helping them secure job offers.

We are seeking a patient and enthusiastic individual who excels at teaching and can transmit knowledge to students with great success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct 25 hours of oneonone career coaching sessions with students on a weekly basis.
Lead curriculum development and establish the overall direction of the courses.
Deliver careeroriented courses, covering job positioning, resume and cover letter writing, online test practice, interview training, and emotional support.
Develop personalized career plans for students and monitor their progress.
Respond to daily careerrelated inquiries from students.
Proficiently utilize software tools such as Word, Excel, and project management platforms like Airtable, Lark, Slacks, and Notion.

Requirements:

Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English languages.
Experience receiving job offers and working in renowned companies in the UK.
Demonstrated experience in career coaching and a track record of successfully guiding students to secure job offers.
Comprehensive understanding of the UK job market and familiarity with its trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and display a proactive work attitude.
Patience, ability to handle stress, strong execution skills, and a teamoriented spirit.
Detailoriented, responsible, diligent, and willing to tackle intricate tasks.
