About the opportunity

This role is a key customer-facing role that requires strong account management/project management combined with engineering expertise to ensure that our clients are provided with first-class service.

The ability to communicate effectively to develop relationships, engender trust, plus provide confidence in the Hyde business is critical.


Main Responsibilities:

• Act as initial point of contact for customer(s)
• Provide support to project team
• Resolution of Engineering, Quality and any other issues
• Proactively work with supply chain to ensure targets are met
• Support identification of issue rootcause to drive and ensure countermeasure (fix)
• Appropriate escalation of issues when outside of own control/influence
• Ensure effective and topical communication of project/account status
• Ensure deadlines are met
• Orderbook management to expected standard
• Contract Review and raising of Purchase Orders to expected standard
• Identify upcoming Risks and Opportunities and manage associated activity
• Use of PM best practice, using formalised Hyde tools, processes and documents
• Stepin for Key Account Manager/Senior KAM as required
• Discharge tasks as assigned by line management
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members

Measures:

• KPI's: On-Time Delivery (in Full), Arrears, Account growth, Contract Review Turnaround & RFT
• Other: Collaboration effectiveness, Action & Risk closure
