Job Purpose

Owning responsibility for a portfolio of clients, managing your workflow, deadlines, and budgets.
Planning and undertaking assignments, striving to deliver service excellence.
Lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you.
Own responsibility of KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met.
Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
Build trusted and longlasting client relationships, proactively handing queries.
Act as clients' financial business partner, providing sound advisory and technical knowhow.
Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
