Do you have strong IT skills and robust experience working with CRM databases? Are you a proactive individual, who can think on their feet to solve any problem? Signature Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join our client a professional medical association based in Central London, as a CRM Administrator.

This position is on a full-time, permanent basis with the benefit of hybrid working.


CRM Administrator Main Responsibilities:


  • Supporting teams that use the CRM system
  • Managing a log and dealing with queries
  • Troubleshooting and escalating issues
  • Training new starters and writing user guides

CRM Administrator Essential Skills:


  • Customer focused
  • Enthusiastic communicator
  • Experience with Dynamics or Salesforce
  • Excellent problem solver & willing to learn
  • Required skills
