About us:

Team Educate are a recruitment agency - working with primary, secondary schools and nurseries in Bristol and the surrounding areas.

What sets us apart from other agencies the majority of us here are exteachers therefore can offer education advice and prepare you if you are new to the industry._

You will work closely with the class teachers (secondary school) to provide support for a class. The role can be part-time, full-time or as many days you desire.

This will be working 8.30 am pm Monday - Friday. Schools are willing to discuss permanent contracts for the right Teaching Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
Assist teacher with resources, tidying classroom, setting up and clearing down activities
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members
Assist with classroom management and behavior management techniques
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

Proactive attitude and a good work ethic
Hold a Right to Work (UK)
Provide professional references from previous employers

Having experience is desirable but here at Team Educate, we recognize transferable skills and the right personality trait to thrive as a Classroom Assistant.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract

Salary:
£80.00-£100.00 per day

Expected hours: 35 per week
